SHIPPING

  • Timing: All orders are shipped within 7-8 business days. Order tracking information will be sent to the registered email.
  • Delivery: After shipping, please allow at least 7-8 days for delivery.
  • Multiple Items: Orders with multiple items may require additional time.
  • Area Variation: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination pin code.
  • Satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our exchange policy below.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Conditions: To initiate an exchange, please return the product in its original condition with tags within 7 days of delivery. Use a mailer for shipping; the original box can be discarded.
  • Returns & Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available for items that meet our conditions. Unboxing video in mandatory incase of exchange of any defective item.

  • Customer's Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your full name and order number on the return package.

Please note: Our facility is not open for trials or walk-ins. Upon receipt of your item, our team will inspect it and process the exchange. You may exchange your product for another item of equal or higher value. If the desired item is out of stock, a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued.

Marsella is not liable for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

Exchange Restrictions:

  • Exclusions: Exchanges or store credits are not applicable for sale items or international orders.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Purchase Window: Item must be purchased within the last 7 days.
  • Item Condition: Must have original tags and receipts, and must not be used or damaged. Unboxing video is mandatory in all return cases.
  • Promotional Items: Items part of sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made items: Customized products (sizes, colors, lengths)
  • Hygiene-sensitive items: Items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., undergarments)
  • Exchange Limit: Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Defective Items
